Message	There could be some blockage somewhere else in the cooling system however. Typically the stiff rad hose indicates a build-up of pressure How does the lower rad feel? Cool? Its easy to test a thermostat (almost easier to just replace) take the t-stat out, and boil a pan of water. Use some pliars and dip the t-stat in the water, it should open
